Seahush Terms of Use

1. About

These terms govern your use of "Seahush" (the "App"), a sleep sound and alarm app provided by Sungwoo Park (service name: Seahush) (the "Operator").

2. The service

The App plays sleep sounds and offers a sleep timer, alarms and bedtime auto-play. No account is required.

3. Free trial and free use

• On the first device you install the App on, you can try every feature for free for the period shown in the App. The trial is offered once per device.
• After the trial you can keep using the App within the free tier (three basic sounds, two featured mixes, one custom mix of up to two sounds, up to 30 minutes of playback, the default alarm sound).

4. Premium subscription

• Premium is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation and refunds follow the store's policies and your store account settings.
• Prices are those shown in the store and may vary by country and tax.

5. Your obligations

You may not extract, copy or redistribute the App's sound files, reverse engineer the App, or interfere with the service.

6. Rights

All rights to the App and its sounds, illustrations and design belong to the Operator or the respective rights holders. You receive a personal, non-commercial right to use the App.

7. Alarms and health

• The App is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat sleep disorders.
• Alarms and auto-play may not work depending on device settings (silent / Do Not Disturb, battery optimization, permissions), OS policies and device state. Use another alarm as well for anything important.

8. Limitation of liability

Except for intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes

We will announce changes in the App at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
